Every listing publishes machine-readable facts — trade, cities served, phone, service details. Same approach we use for agent profiles, applied to the trades.
What a listing on this page means. Every business here has read and agreed to the Go Denver Homes Pro Code of Ethics — a Level 1 listing. That is the whole of it.
A Level 1 listing is not a verification of licenses, insurance, permits, bonding, background checks, or workmanship. Any license or insurance detail shown on a profile is self-reported by the business and has not been independently confirmed. Go Denver Homes does not recommend, endorse, warrant, or guarantee any provider, does not supervise their work, and is not a party to any agreement you make with them.
