What founders get

First in, and it stays that way.

The offer

  • Your first twelve months complimentary — a full listing, written and built for you, at no cost.
  • Priority placement in your category for as long as you stay listed.
  • Your rate locked at the founding price when the first year ends. It does not go up while you stay.
  • A Founding Member mark on your listing.
  • A say in what we build next for your category.

Who qualifies

Founding members are people who are good at what they do and known for it — by their customers, their crews, and the people they work alongside. That is the bar.

No license number, no brokerage, no franchise required. We do not ask for one.

What we do ask: that the business is real, the details are accurate, and you keep them that way.

How it works

Four steps, and you approve everything.

1. You ask

Tell us who you are, what you do and where you work. A few minutes, once.

2. We talk

A short conversation so we understand the business well enough to describe it accurately.

3. We build it

We write your listing and publish its facts in structured form, so an assistant asked who to call in Denver has a real business to name.

4. You approve

Nothing publishes until you say so. You see it before anyone else does.

No lock-in

Leave whenever you like. Your content and photos are yours, and the listing comes down on request.

No ranking promises

We do the work — an accurate listing, structured data, ongoing upkeep. We do not promise a position on any results page, because nobody honestly can.

Categories

Founding spots are open in these categories too.

Every category on Go Denver Homes opens with a founding group. If yours is not listed, tell us.

Being straight about it

Founding status is a membership, not a review.

Being listed here — founding or otherwise — is not an endorsement by Go Denver Homes or Annie's Action AI, and it is not a verification of licensing, insurance, bonding or work quality. We do not check credentials, and we say so rather than let a badge imply otherwise. Anyone hiring should still do their own due diligence.
